If you install the ASP.NETPremium Beta2 Runtime package (~20 Mbytes)

on a clean Win2000 machine running IIS 5.0, I know that you can then

serve up ASP.Net pages, but can that machine also create standalone

DotNet EXE's and DLL's using the command line compilers (csc.exe, 

jsc.exe, etc)?



And is the runtime or the command line compilers "time-bombed", or

will ASP.NET pages, EXE's, and DLL's continue to run after Feb 28th?
