Hi,

I want to create a penpal script that is robust.  The penpal scripts 
should be able to store millions of profiles yet quick enough for users 
to search and reply to users.
The script can be developed in ASP, Perl, PHP or what-ever language.  I 
tried purchasing other commericial package like MidMart Penpal Script but 
found out to be very unstable.

One sample script I like is www.ublove.com.  That is the kind of script 
I'm looking for.

Criteria:
1)able to store millions of profiles
2)be quick enough for users to search and browse the profile
3)have to option to include pictures
4)have different functions for users: (basic or premium; basic members 
can only post; users who pay monthly charges become premimum members and 
can write to other members
5) Script preferably in ASP but PHP and Perl OK as long as they are stable
6) Script can in the future be customize into different languages 
(Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Others)
Budget: $500-$1000

Or do you know any other commerical penpal scripts out there.
