Hi All,

I am looking for advice, looking for the measuring sticks, and trying to 
determine what questions need to be asked when deciding whether an 
application should be developed using ASP, Web Services or even a 
combination of both. Can anyone point me to such resources or even 
provide qualified opinions on this matter?
