I am following a tutorial in "ASP.NET Web Services" and I'm trying to 
build a proxy from the command line using wsdl. I setup the path 
under "Environment Veriables" but I still get the error that says: "wsdl 
is not recognised as a internal or external command" I looked at the 
directory that wsdl.exe is suppose to be in and it doesn't show? Can 
someone give me some advice here.

ok - I figured it out. When you install Visual Studio .NET it placed the 
files in VSDir/FrameworkSDK/bin instead of the directory that they have 
in the book...
