This is quite a newbie question, so I apologize...
I am wondering if it is possible to develop a web application using just
ASP 3.0, Visual Basic 6.0, and Access 2000 (without using either VBScript
or JavaScript)?
Also, I was wondering what tools anyone would suggest to design a
successful ASP/VB 6.0/Access web application? Does anyone know of some
sample design documentation for this type of app on-line somewhere?
I look forward to your response...

One of the reasons I am asking this question is that Netscape does not
support VBScript....if run on the server...it doesn't matter I guess...

You are correct "if run on the server...it doesn't matter" and in fact
that is how a lot of us did it in the old days (about two months ago).
Is there a reason you are not going to move to asp.net? ASP and VBScript
will still work fine for you and most hosting providers will support it
for a long time to come but the advantages of .net are very high in
number.
