Hi everyone!
Our app uses Crystal Reports to generate reports We need to print some 
reports on the dot matrix printer like a plain text It seems Crystal 
Reports is able to print reports only in the graphic mode I appreciate any 
help

Hi Tonya,

Crystal Reports supports two type of fonts...screen fonts and printer fonts.
Kindly check the printer documentation for fonts like Draft10cpi, Roman etc.
Set the font type to this particular font name / index. That should solve
your problem.
