How are we supposed to run the samples in this book without an ASP+
interpreter? Is this book going to include the PDC-2000 preview CD?

It is on the PDC-2000 preview CD, I believe (assuming this is the CD given
away to PDC attendees.

Unfortunately we are not allowed to give away copies of the PDC discs.
I know it's frustrating, but you'll have to wait until August/September for
the public Beta 1 release. The date for this isn't finalised yet, so just
keep your eyes open.
