I've been trying to research this out, and I can't seem to find the answer.

Is it possible to set some form of formatting control on the built-in web

controls, similar to creating input masks on WinForms?  Also, if this is the

case, is it possible to have this setup to be passed from a class so that

the class can control localization issues?
