In the Preview-book from Wrox it is said that the release version of ASP+ 

hopefully will have output caching working for POSTed forms too and not 

only for similar query strings. Have anyone heard if that feature now have 

been promised by Microsoft?

AFAIK this isn't available in the PDC and public release. It may be

available for beta 1 (what's available is still pre-beta). Keep an eye on

the Wrox beta site, and I'll update that if this is implemented.
