I've tried to install advworks on my W2K Server, having run through the

samples in ASP+ book.  Advworks application fails to start doe to a

compiler error: "the type or namespace name 'ProductsDB' does not exist in

the class or namespace 'AdvWorks'"



Ive looked at my advworks.dll in ILDASM and it looks just like p.261,

productsdb.cs looks just like p.258, what else should I check?

Copy the bin directoy that is located outside the advworks directory to the

advworks directory.



The bin directory must be in the root of the virtual directory.



I think you have created a virtual directory mapped to the advworks

directory.
