aspx thread: ASP+ Editor

Message #1 by "Mark Nash" <markn@d...> on Mon, 18 Sep 2000 17:15:54 +0100
Hi

Are there any decent editors around for ASP+ ? Maybe something that is

syntax aware. or better still, can you modify Interdev so it will handle

ASP+ correctly ?

Any help appreciated

Cheers

I use WinEdit, and you can create your own syntax highlighting, but you'll

have to wait for Visual Studio .NET or a final release before you'll see

anything with IntelliSense like VS currently has.

Try UltraEdit. You can configure it however you like.

On this site you can find an Editor called ASPExpress.

I just gave it a try and it doesn't seem to do anything special with ASP+.

It doesn't even put sub arguments in parentheses.

I'll stick with Ultra Edit as it is built for more than just ASP/HTML

editing because it is fully configurable.
