It's come to my attention (well someone else's actually - thanks Imar) that

the SQL scripts to create the Adventure Works database doesn't include some

of the tables needed for samples early in the book. The AdvWorks site works

fine, but when writing some of the early chapters I used an early version of

the database. I'll update these scripts shortly, and keep you informed.
