You can download Visual Studio.Net from msdn subscription site, but only if
you have a msnd universal subscription.

You can't download it, unless you have an MSDN subscription.
Checkout http://msdn.microsoft.com/vstudio/nextgen/beta.asp to find out how
you can download it if you are a subscriber (or get subscribed) or to see
how you can order Visual Studio .NET on CD's
