I recommand you to buy "Preview to ASP+" ( WROX PRESS ) or some of Wrox
uppcomming books about .Net
They will give you a really good start.

There is a file called samples.exe in the folder:
Program Files\Microsoft.Net\FrameworkSDK\Samples
When you run this file, lot's of examples in C# and VB are extracted. Also
a web-application will be set up.
After that, browse to http://localhost/quickstart and you'll see lots of
examples of .NET applications.
Another nice start is www.ibuyspy.com This example site is fully written
with .NET technologies. The full source code is downloadable, and there are
tons of examples and documentation.

Rediff--
There are quite a few good resouces available for getting started. The SDK
contains a large set of samples including the ASP.NET Quickstart. After you
install, you'll see a shortcut on your desktop called ".NET Framework SDK
Overview". If you open that, you find a link for setting up the samples on
your own machine.
If you prefer not to install the samples locally, you can run then (and
browse source code) at http://www.gotdotnet.com/quickstart/aspplus.
The Wrox book that Fredrik mentions is good. The MSDN site for .NET is at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/net/. In addition there are a number of good
community sites with more information and tutorials online:
http://www.gotdotnet.com (Microsoft-run community site)
http://www.asp.net/ (Microsoft-run community site scoped to asp.net)
