aspx thread: User Controls in the IDE

I've been trying to discover the proper way to build an User Control in the

VS.NET IDE. There doesn't seem to be any option to "Add an Item" to a

project that has the .ascx file extension. Is there something that I am

missing? Thanks in advance.
