I created a web service ... though now I want to build a page that will 

use it.

I right-click on the project and 'Add Web Reference'.  The dialog to do 

this shows up, I find the associated .disco file and some SOAP shows up on 

the left side of the dialog ... but the 'Add Reference' button is still 

faded out .... what does that mean?
