I have an ASP.Net application with a connection to a oracle DB.

First i got always an Access is denied.

After setting in dcomcnfg the used exe to interactive user it works but 

know an other dll can't be loaded.

Does someone have an idea but i must do next ?

Are you using the native providers, either the Oracle driver or the

OLEDB driver.  Try the OLEDB driver and you can test this by creating a

DSN with the connection information.
