When I try to install Visual Studio.NET on my PC having Windows 98, it is
asking to insert "Windows Components Update" disc.What could be the
problem?.Where can I get this Disc.Please let me know.

Ravi,
Where *did* you get it? It's the fourth CD, if you got VS.NET on CDs.
Besides: don't worry about it, you'll need to get Win2000 to run VS.NET.

Ravi,
Visual Studio.NET and the .NET SDK rely on several components for certain
namespaces to function correctly (Such as MDAC 2.7, FrontPage 2000 Client
Extensions, MSXML 4.0, etc..). These components are found on the Windows
Components Update CD that you should have obtained when acquiring your copy
of Visual Studio.NET Beta 2.
