I am now an editor of an ezine that has over 30k subscribers. We need
articles about asp, aspx and asp net for sending viewers. Each author gets a
link to their website, and a short bio.
This is a great way to gain exposure for your name, and be seen as an expert
in the field. What the ezine gets is just more information to offer. We make
no money on this at all.
The article stays your property, to do with as you wish, and doesn't have to
be new or unpublished.
let me know if you are interested?

I'm quite happy for my articles to be used, I participate in ASPRSS
(asprss.com) so you should have no problem assimilating them.
