I am trying to compile my VS project and I am getting this error. To 

compile I have to restart my computer, but if I try topreview any of the 

pages in browser next time I am trying to compile I am getting tjis error

"The file 'bin\A.pdb' cannot be copied to the run directory.  The process 

cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
