aspx thread: .NET Release

This is probably a dumb question, but I'll ask anyway.  I know that

VS.NET is going to be released on 2/13/02, so does that mean that the

.NET Framework (the SDK, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, etc...) will be released then

as well?  It makes sense that it would sense VS.NET is for developing

.NET applications, but I figured I'd ask because they only say the

official launch of "Visual Studio .NET" and not the .NET Framework, etc.

since VS.NET runs on the .Net clr, I think the whole sdk would have to be

released
