I am now creating a eleaning quiz application for the Pocket PC. What will 

be the best way to create multiple forms pages of radio buttons

,pass the values across pages and at the same time the user will be able 

to access all the pages even if he is offline. The user will only need to 

be online once when he has completed the entire quiz and want to submit 

his answers to the server.
