All,

	Looking for a code sample (ASP+/.NET) with the following, and hoping
someone here can point me in the correct direction...

	- DataGrid created in the CodeBehind page (i.e., no <asp:Datagrid>
tag
	- DataGrid contains EditCommandColumn control
	- Corresponding routines for myDataGrid_Update, ..._Edit,
..._Cancel, etc.
