aspx thread: .NET HTTP User Agent?

I'm not sure if .NET has an equivelant (I'm assuming it does), but I do a
lot of work with Perl and using the LWP::UserAgent module to do URL fetches
and such.
Any tips on a namespace and/or class here? Thanks!
