aspx_beginners thread: How to start developing ASP.NET on WIN NT 4.0

Hi,
i've downloaded and installed the .NET sdk beta (yea atlast:)
Now i need a bit of guidence .Can anyone drage me in?
I mean i dont know how to get started now.I have installed it on Windows
NT 4.0 with IIS 4
Is it ok ? Coz i want to work on ASP.NET

You can use NT 4.0 with .NET but I recommand you to install Windows 2000.
A good book to start with is "Preview to ASP+ ( Wrox Press )" or wait for
"Introduction .NET ( Wrox press )"
This book will help you to understand the basic of .NET.

seems to me that you should really install it on W2k, IIS 5, but be
interesting to know if it runs ok on NT/IIS 4...somehow I doubt it but let
us know.
