I've installed the .NET Framework and SDK Samples and run the NMAKE.EXE 

utility. When I try to run some of the samples I get the the following 

message: Parser Error Message: Type 'SimpleControlSamples.Simple' does not 

exist. Can anyone please tell me ehat I am doing wrong. I've checked 

the "BIN" directory for the correct DLLs and they do exist.
