I had the same problem with the PWS so I suggest you should uninstall It and

install instead the OmniHTTPd Professional for Windows 98/ME & NT/2K,

available at http://www.omnicron.ab.ca/httpd/download.html, itīs great

because you donīt have to take to many steps to configure, you just

dobleclick the file and install it into your drive. You must be aware of the

siteroot directory for publishing your pages.
