aspx_beginners thread: where to look

I just started using .net. I've been to various
sites the past few days and while they will be helpful
down the road right now they don't have what I need.
Currently I have Beta1 installed but I will have Beta2
within the next day or two. Any suggestions about
where to look? I feel like I'm drowning.
