Hello there,
* Whenever I use VS.NET to design ASP.NET pages, my workspace is
limited. The main window that shows my .aspx in design mode doesn't
allow me to scroll down. It's as I have reached "the end" of the ASP.NET
file and cannot scroll further down to design more stuff there. I end up
creating a big textbox that I move down to manually extend the workspace
and delete it again. What's the proper way to do it?
* I want to deploy my ASP.NET project on other computers.
Microsoft talks about xcopy-installation all the time, but I find it
difficult to implement. My project works fine locally (via
http://localhost/...). I copied the entire folder over to another
machine, with a virtual directory pointing to that folder, but
apparently there is a manifest error. The following configuration error
is displayed: The located assembly's manifest definition with name
'myProjectName' does not match the assembly reference.
Any help or points to articles is appreciated,
Minh.
