aspx_beginners thread: .Net Framework

Is there any other way to get the .Net Framework, besides downloading it
from microsoft.com?? The file is too big to be downloaded (113MB).
Please advise.

You can get the .NET Framework SDK in smaller chunks at

Also if you are just looking for the .NET framework and not the
entire SDK, you can go to windowsupdate.microsoft.com or
http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp?url=/downloads/sample.as
