Here is my very simple problem:

I have two different forms lets say Form A and Form B and lets say I
could create two separate Hmtl Pages and put the forms on both. BUT

Is there a way where you can have dynamic page that depending on which
link you click and generate the appropriate page

Any suggestions 

Its for a school senior project due next Monday
