Hi,
I want to make a site that is in different languages, for example
German and English.
Does somebody know where I can find a good tutorial or some
code snippets about this?

Hmmm, how about:
Go to www.google.com
Search for: website "multiple languages" asp.net
This will yield loads of hits. One being (chosen randomly):

There are tons of other hits. The link above is just a sample.
