I screwed up my settings by what I think was automagic tightening of the
security with FrontPage Server Extensions 2002. This is on my workstation
(windows 2000 pro), I've tried to repair it by various means but I'm not
sure what I need to do go get it back.

I've tried to uninstall FPSE and then install it again. 
I've tried changing in the tab Home Directory on the IIS Executite
permissions and checked all the checkboxes but no luck there either.

I have the latest .NET Framework installed.
