How do you get rid of the license.licx file problems when you remove a 
dataset that was IDE generated and placed into the project folder 
complete from the project and the .licx?

Cause I am getting the unable to transform file into binary error message 
and only way I can get it to move on is to delete the file or change the 
values that aren't part of the web app...
