I have an ASP.Net webform with drop-down lists and list boxes. When you 
bring this page up in IE5 and scroll up and down, the page does not 
repaint properly and artifacts are left all over the screen from the 
webcontrols. With IE6 this problem does not occur. Has anyone else 
encountered and resolved this problem?
