When i build a setup file (eg. pavan.msi ), it is giving a warning 
that ".net framework is not installed in this setup. To include this setup 
add dotnetfx.exe file"

I just want to know where to add this dotnetfx.exe in the setup and 
deployment project to get the .net framework installed in the target 
machine also.
