Hi friends,
   I am building Visual Basic Application which creates XML file 
programetically using DOMDocument. I am able to do everything except 
adding DOCTYPE tag ie,<!DOCTYPE ROOT "TEST.DTD"> . I am not getting how to 
add DOCTYPE tag.
If anybody done this Please post U R code.

Any help will be appriciated.
