id was rebuild the aspx many times and dump the files in place.

It sounds like its still permission problems even though you set the
web service to impersonate you (this seems to be a recurring problem).
Check the security permissions on the directory (not the share permissions)
and make sure that ASPNET and IUSR_[machinename] user accounts have read
privileges to access the data and write privileges to create the Access lock
file to the directory that houses the Access database.
