On my asp.net application, I sometimes get "Could not load type VTFixup
Table from assembly Invalid token in v-table fix-up table"
On the next page request, my app re-enters Application_Start : on the first
call to create an MC++ object I then get a null reference back.

The only thing that helps in this situation, seems to be 'restart IIS'.

Anybody having ideas to fix this ?
