I am working on the problem right now.  Take a look at a .NET class that 
handles this (for free) at www.ultratechweb.com.  It has a class that 
calls the COM dll.  The problem I'm trying to work out is that the hosting 
company I use seems to have a different version of the dll than I got from 
Verisign and it blows up when it tries to call it.
