Here is one (free) that does not need implementation:

> Greetings all,

We are starting to design a Web application for use on our Intranet. The
application will consistent of around 30 web forms that marketing people
will be using to help build our marketing plans for the next few years.

About 30% of these forms have a "textarea" type input on them for
long-winded answers. The application owner insists that we have
spellchecking for such fields.

I'm interested in finding a library/dll/web service that would provide
spell checking on such fields. It should be about as interactive as word
is. The spellchecking should be completed before we commit the answer to
the database.

So the questions are:

1. Who has experience with such a library/dll/service.
2. What do we need to be aware of using it.
3. When was the last time you used it?
4. Where did you get it from?
5. Why did you select that particular control/library?
6. How well (or poorly) does it work? How easy was it to add into your
WebForms?

We're looking for a solution that can be licensed on two servers
(development and production), can be used by more than developer
concurrently, can be used by more than 25 users concurrently, would
handle US English and perhaps technical dictionaries for Engineering and
Architectures and finally, would be less than $5000 first year and
around $500 annual upkeep.

Thank you,
