I created a custom control earlier in the day and used a test project to add
it to my toolbar and drag it unto my web form.  I then moved the control
into the GAC and know I can't drag the control from my toolbar to the web
form.  I get an X when I try to drag it.  I don't know what's going wrong?
Any suggestions?
