Hi,
I want to write a desktop aplication using Managed
C++. IL code in .NET assembly can be easily seen using
ILDASM. Is there any way to hide the functionality of
my code ? 

There one option of writing the crucial code in
Unmanaged C++. But I have heard of some /owner option
with which you can encrypt the assembly.
