Hi Gary,

Did you follow all the steps from this Try It Out? That is, did you see the 
images mentioned in step 1? If not, you may need to perform the steps 
starting on page 60.....

If that doesn't help, what is the location to the image in your browser? To 
find out, right click the (broken) image and chose properties.
