To get access to the .NET My Services SDK, you need to go to
http://www.betaplace.com and apply to join the private beta group.
Unfortunately, MS have chosen not to make the software public yet.

Or, if you've got a mate who went to PDC, you should be able to find it on
the conference CD they gave away there.
