Problem: Problem installing certificate in browser
Steps : I tried to import the certificate thwarte.cer from the chapter 8 
srv directory in the 'Internet Options', but it does not appear on the 
certificate manager. I clicked on the import button which brings up a 
wizard, I then specified the file to be imported, then specified 
'Personal' as the certificate store, I click on finished and a message 
box appears informing me that the import is succesful. But the 
certificate does not appear in the certificate manager screen. (There 
already exist an Administrator certificate).
