About the documentation i think that the documentation which you are looking
at is of WL 5.10 whose home directory is C:\weblogic. so please download the
docs of wl 6.0
About not recognising weblogic.ejbc i think you should put weblogic.jar
located in c:\bea\wlserver6.0\lib\weblogic.jar in ur classpath
