Thanks for a very detailed explanation. I was able to configure MS Otlook 
to be my Default mail client.

E-mail must be set to Outlook here. If Outlook is not an option to be 
chosen
here, there is a 99% chance that outlook is not installed. Please be clear
that there is a huge difference between MS Outlook and Outlook Express.
