I am trying to delete an appointment from the calendar and it gives me a 
permission problem. I am the owner of the appointment and I checked my 
permission and I have all the permission I need to be able to delete or 
edit this appointment. I also looked at this appointment and it shows a 
Read-Only. This might be the reason why I can not do anything with this 
appointment. How do I get rid of this appointment or how do I change the 
Read-Only permission on this appointment so I may be able to edit or 
delete it.
