Greetings,
I would think this facility is available in Exchange 2000 as it is available
in Exchange 5.5.
In 5.5 it was called Delegates and you can setup access for other users to
the following; Calender, Tasks, Inbox, Contacts, Notes and Journal.
You then specify the type of access they have, i.e. they may only read items
and not create them etc...
I think, but not 100% sure, that you would set this up the same way for 2000
as for 5.5, it's setup from the outlook options, there is a delegate tab on
the options dialogue and you add users there and set the level of access
they have.
So if Person A wants to give Person B access to his/her calender then you
would do this;
Person A adds person B as a delegate and sets the level of access required.
Person B then gains access by going via the main menu; File > Open > Other
User's Folder
Person B may then, depending on the level of access view only or create
entries in Person A's calender...
Hope this helps.

Subject: [exchange_server] Share tasks or schedules
We installed the Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 in our Server computer.
Can we share tasks or schedules eg. calendar in outlook with more than
one person? If it is possible, what limitations are there (eg. is
thisonly accessible via web)?
Thanks
Lily
